The most populous city in Lanaudière, it stretches along the St. Lawrence River at the mouth of the Rivière L'Assomption, with large suburban lots inherited from 1970s and 80s development — the kind of property that suits a generous paver driveway or a full landscaping project well.
Terrebonne is one of the fastest-growing cities in Quebec over the last twenty years, with the heritage core of Vieux-Terrebonne on one side and large newer residential sectors like Lachenaie and Terrebonne-Ouest on the other.
Mascouche has seen rapid residential growth, with many family-oriented developments built over the last fifteen years. Lots there often start with minimal existing landscaping, which leaves room for larger projects — pavers, retaining walls, structured garden beds.

Charlemagne is the smallest city in our territory, wedged between Repentigny and Montréal-Est along the Rivière des Prairies. The building stock is dense and lots more compact than in Repentigny or Terrebonne, which favors well-planned design in a tighter footprint.
Our presence in Montréal is concentrated mostly in the eastern boroughs, where access from our Repentigny base stays efficient. The building stock is more varied than in the suburbs — from single-family homes to multi-unit buildings with shared outdoor spaces.
Montréal-Est is a small, distinct city entirely surrounded by Montréal, historically associated with the petrochemical industrial zone along the river. Its smaller residential area is made up largely of properties established decades ago.
Anjou is an eastern Montréal borough with mixed building stock — post-war bungalow neighborhoods next to light industrial zones. That mix means we serve residential properties as well as commercial and industrial lots there.
Pointe-aux-Trembles is one of the oldest settled parts of the island of Montréal, with older east-end housing stock and driveways that are often narrower than in newer suburban developments. That changes the approach for a paver project — less surface area, but more precision work around existing constraints.
