Forms collect your name, phone number, email and request details. An estimate also asks for the project address, service and city; a rental inquiry asks for the equipment and desired dates. These details are used to assess your request and contact you. An estimate or rental inquiry does not, by itself, confirm an order or form a contract.
The application form collects your name, phone, email, position, experience, licences or cards, availability and message to assess your application and contact you. You may also send a CV by email. Avoid sending medical or financial information or identity documents.
Vercel hosts this website. Connecting to the website involves the hosting service receiving technical information, including your IP address and requested page. Submitted requests pass through hosting, security verification and request-processing services before follow-up. Depending on the provider, information may be processed outside Québec. Request information is stored in Google Sheets (Google). Automations use processing services such as Make; retention and configuration depend on the accounts used.
Cloudflare Turnstile protects forms against automated submissions. It loads when you choose ‘Activate security verification’. Cloudflare receives information including your IP address and technical browser signals; it also uses these signals to improve bot detection. The external OpenStreetMap map loads when you choose ‘Load external map’; the provider then receives your IP address and requested map areas. Service areas remain available without the map. A NEXT_LOCALE cookie may remember the language selected; it supports language selection, not advertising. Map and security verification choices reset when you make a new full visit to the page. No advertising tracker is enabled.
With your acceptance, Vercel Web Analytics (Vercel Inc.) measures page visits to help us understand usage and improve the website. Its script loads only after you accept. It processes the visited page URL, referring website where available, time of visit and technical information such as browser, device and approximate location derived from the connection. We remove query strings and fragments from the page URLs sent to analytics. With your acceptance, we also measure clicks to our contact details and request pages, the start of form entry and submission outcomes for quotes, job applications and equipment rental requests. These events contain only fixed categories, such as form type and error category; they contain no contact details, answers or messages entered in forms. A successful submission indicates acceptance by our processing service, without guaranteeing subsequent email delivery. We do not configure advertising tracking or named user identification. Vercel Web Analytics does not use analytics cookies; it derives a temporary visitor identifier from request information. Analytics data may be processed outside Québec, including in the United States.
Accept and Decline are offered equally. Declining does not prevent use of the site. Your choice is saved in this browser’s local storage under novacore-analytics-consent-v1 until you change it or clear site data; it is not an analytics cookie. If storage is unavailable, the choice lasts for the current page visit. Use “Analytics settings” in the footer at any time to change your choice. Consent is checked before each analytics event, so declining stops future tracking, including in other open tabs of this site that share the saved preference. Withdrawal does not erase data already sent. Clearing site data prompts you to choose again.
You may ask for the retention period applicable to your information. The period depends on the purpose and applicable legal obligations; access or deletion rights do not override these obligations. Forms use HTTPS connections and server-side validation. These measures do not guarantee the absence of risk.
Subject to legal conditions and exceptions, you may request access, correction or deletion and withdraw consent to the use or disclosure of your information. Withdrawal may prevent us from processing your request where the information is necessary. You may request computerized information collected from you in a structured, commonly used format, unless this raises serious practical difficulties; created or inferred information is excluded. The law provides for a response to access or correction requests within 30 days of receipt.
