Careers

Join the Groupe Novacore team — teamwork, well-kept equipment, and a season that's never the same twice.

Build your career at Novacore

At Novacore, we build more than projects — we build a solid, versatile, and ambitious team. Our divisions work in landscaping, landscape maintenance, excavation, transport, snow removal, and equipment rental.

We're looking for reliable, hard-working people who take pride in a job well done. Many of our field positions are seasonal, but there's a real opportunity to work year-round. If you work with us through the summer, we can also offer you a spot in our snow removal operations — whether that's manual shovelling, on a tractor, in a loader, or with other equipment.

Versatility is part of how we work. Everyone has a main role, but should also be ready to take on related tasks, help teammates, and contribute to the collective success of the Novacore Alliance.

Not every position is open at the same time. Spontaneous applications are accepted year-round, though. Join our team and come build your future with Novacore.
